1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving treatment from our clinic, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

AURA DENTAL AESTHETICS provides a range of dental and aesthetic services including but not limited to:

• General dentistry (consultations, scaling, fillings, extractions)
• Cosmetic dentistry (smile makeovers, teeth whitening, veneers)
• Restorative dentistry (crowns, bridges, dentures, implants)
• Orthodontic treatments (braces, invisible aligners)
• Endodontic procedures (root canal treatment)
• Pediatric (kids) dentistry
• Periodontal (gum) treatments

The specific services rendered to a patient will be governed by a separate informed-consent and treatment plan discussed and signed at the clinic prior to commencement of treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website, book appointments, or enter into a contract for our services. If you are booking on behalf of a minor or a person who is legally incapable, you represent and warrant that you are the parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative of such person, and you consent to these Terms on their behalf.

4. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments may be booked through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or in person at the clinic.
• An appointment is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our clinic team via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call.
• We request that you arrive at least 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete any formalities.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid inconvenience.
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may attract a cancellation fee or restriction on future bookings at the sole discretion of the Clinic.

5. Payments & Fees

• Treatment fees are communicated to you prior to commencement of any procedure, in the form of a written treatment plan and estimate.
• All payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) via cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, or net-banking.
• Quoted fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. Applicable GST will be added as per prevailing rates.
• Insurance reimbursement, if any, is subject to the terms of your policy and our agreement with your insurer/TPA. The patient remains responsible for payment of all charges.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and other applicable Indian laws. Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Medical Disclaimer

The content on our website — including text, graphics, images, treatment descriptions, and informational articles — is provided for general informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Any treatment outcome not expressly guaranteed in writing

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three (3) months.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Subject to the dispute-resolution clause below, the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in relation to these Terms or your use of the website and services.

14. Dispute Resolution

We endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter:

• To mediation/arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; or
• To the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, where applicable; or
• To the competent civil courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

15. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the website at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Termination of clinical services shall be governed by the treatment agreement and the professional judgement of the treating dentist.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date indicated. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on our website or via email where appropriate.
